Please read these terms of sale carefully.
Your agreement will be required to these terms and conditions before order will be processed.
In these terms and conditions, “we” means www.rda.gi (and “us” and “our” will be construed accordingly); and “you” means our customer or potential customer for products (and “your” will be construed accordingly).
(3) Order process
The advertising of products on our website constitutes an “invitation to treat”; and your order for products constitutes a contractual offer. No contract will come into force between you and us unless and until we accept your order in accordance with the procedure detailed below.
In order to enter into a contract to purchase products from us, you will need to take the following steps: (1) you must add any the products you wish to purchase to your shopping basket, and then proceed to the checkout; (2) if you are a new customer, you must then create an account with us and log in; if you are an existing customer, you must enter your login details; (3) once you are logged in, you must select your preferred method of delivery and confirm your order and your consent to these terms of sale; (4) you will then be given the option to pay with credit card (5) we will then send you an initial acknowledgment via email to confirm we have received your order; and (6) once we have checked whether we are able to meet your order, we will either send you an order confirmation (at which point your order will become a binding contract) or we will confirm by email that we are unable to meet your order.”]; We will not file a copy of these terms of sale specifically in relation to your order. We may update the version of these terms of sale on the website from time to time, and we do not guarantee that the version you have agreed to will remain accessible. We therefore recommend that you download, print and retain a copy of these terms of sale for your records.
The only language in which we provide these terms of sale is English.
Before you place your order, you will have the opportunity of identifying whether you have made any input errors by checking your details before confirming. You may correct those input errors before placing your order by editing the fields.
We do not have to accept your order and reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order once it has been placed. This may be done for example if:
– Your payment is not authorised or has been marked as fraudulent, or potentially fraudulent, by the payment system.
– Payment has been made using a card issued in a country we are unable to dispatch to.
– There is an error on the website regarding the price or description of a product.
– The items ordered are no longer in stock or available.
– We have tried contacting you about your order and have not heard back within a reasonable period of time.
If the items you have ordered are unavailable you will be notified as soon as possible. By placing an order with us you are confirming that any information you have given is true and accurate and that you are authorised to use the card on which payment was made.
(4) The products
All of the products advertised on are 100% authentic and are supplied official brand country wholesalers.
(5) Price and payment
Prices for products are quoted on our website. The website contains a large number of products and it is always possible that some of the prices on the website may be incorrect. We will verify prices as part of our sale procedures so that a product’s correct price will be stated when you pay for the product. We reserve the right to hold an order in the event of a price error and prices are subject to change at any time.
Payment must be made upon the submission of your order. We may withhold the products and/or cancel the contract between us if the price is not received from you in full in cleared funds.
Clients will not have to pay any VAT in Gib.
Payment for all products must be made online by Credit / Debit Card .
Prices for products are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect contracts which have come into force.
(6) Your warranties
You warrant to us that:
(a) you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and you have full authority, power and capacity to agree to these terms of sale;
(b) the information provided in your order is accurate and complete;
(c) you will be able to accept delivery of the products;
(7) Delivery policy
We will arrange for the products to be delivered to the address for delivery indicated in your order. A member of our staff will contact you by phone or email to arrange delivery date and aprox. time.
We dispatch goods using signature on arrival for confirmation of delivery. Please remember that you will need someone to sign for and accept items are received in good condition.
If there is no one to receive the goods, our delivery staff will leave a card informing you of attempted delivery then retain the goods at our premises to re-arrange.
Please bear with us at this busy time of year. We will try out best to process orders, answer emails and returns in good time but occasionally due to volume there may be delays.
(8) Delivery and Connections charges.
Please note that we do free delivery of new items and free collection of old appliances if you are in need of this service.
We also provide free connection to some of our appliances like free standing fridges (which only needs plug in), washing machine and dishwashers ( which includes connection to the existing pipes), but some of the appliances needs specific works for connection or fittings. For that reason each item that needs an specific work of connection or fitting has the option to include this service with a charge depending on the works that needs. We provide you a list of the charges for these connections and fittings.

Please note that customer must be aware of integration sizes as in some occasions we are not able to make alterations to granite or stone worktops to fit ceramic hobs.
As part of our improving service we give you also the possibility to fit the wooden doors to washing machines, d/washers and other integrated appliances. Find enclosed charges for these services.
WOODEN DOOR FITTING FOR WASHING MACHINES AND D/WASHERS £ 40
FITTING OF INTEGRATED FRIDGES (TO BE QUOTED DEPENDING ALTERATIONS)
At last we offer the possibility to make alterations to cabinets for fitting of fridges. We try to give you as much possibilities as we are able.
We provide a STANDARD INSTALATION fee at the cost of £60. This standard installation includes dismantling of old water heater & fitting of the new one to the existing pipes. This amount does not includes pressure reducing valve or fitting of new flexibles, or new plumbing; therefore our staff will inform you on site if you are in need of this fittings and the cost of them and will charge this amount on site.
For other appliances or something not listed on this section, please, do not hesitate to contact us.
9) Risk and ownership
The products will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the products will only pass to you upon the later of:
(a) delivery of the products; and
(b) receipt by us of full payment of all sums due in respect of the products.
We will be entitled to recover payment for the products even where ownership has not passed to you.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can reject the delivery at the moment of receiving the good returning to us in its original condition and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. The only condition of this policy is that the item meets the following requirements:
• No sign of wear
• Returned in the condition you received it including all packaging, manual and warranty
• Any links removed are replaced
If the return is made in case of damages on transit the change or the refund will be made on the shortest period of time and after a careful inspection by our staff.
In case of money refund, the full amount will be refunded by the same method payment was taken. Please note that refunds cannot be made to any third parties.
The procedures, set out here, to cancel an order or return an item/s do not affect our right to reject faulty goods. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to proceed or not with the change or refund.
Faulty or incorrect goods
All items are thoroughly inspected before they are dispatched, but we still recommend you to inspect them on delivery for any damage. In the unlikely event that you receive an item from us which is damaged or incorrect, please inform our delivery staff to return it to our stores. Please note that on the event you sign our delivery note you are accepting that the product has arrived correctly and in good condition .
Cancelling an order before dispatch
If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time before we dispatch it. You will need to give us your name and address details, as well as your order number to cancel your order. Please quote order number on all correspondence.
(11) Statutory rights
Nothing in these terms of sale affects your statutory rights (including your right to receive a refund in respect of any defective product we sell to you).
If you cancel a contract and are entitled to a refund, we will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 7 days of the day we received your valid notice of cancellation.
(13) General terms
Contracts under these terms of sale may only be varied by an instrument in writing signed by both you and us. We may revise these terms of sale from time-to-time, but such revisions will not affect the terms of any contracts which we have entered into with you.
If any provision of these terms of sale is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect, and such invalid or unenforceable provisions or portion thereof will be deemed omitted.
No waiver of any provision of these terms of sale, whether by conduct or otherwise, in any one or more instances, will be deemed to be, or be construed as, a further or continuing waiver of that provision or any other provision of these terms of sale.
You may not assign, charge, sub-contract or otherwise transfer any of your rights or obligations arising under these terms of sale. Any attempt by you to do so will be null and void. We may assign, charge, sub-contract or otherwise transfer any of our rights or obligations arising under these terms of sale, at any time – providing such action does not serve to reduce the guarantees benefiting you under these terms of sale.
Each contract under these terms of sale is made for the benefit of the parties to it and is not intended to benefit, or be enforceable by, any other person. The right of the parties to terminate, rescind, or agree any amendment, variation, waiver or settlement under such contracts is not subject to the consent of any person who is not a party to the relevant contract.
Subject to the first paragraph of Section : these terms of sale contain the entire agreement and understanding of the parties in relation to the purchase of products from our website, and supersede all previous agreements and understandings between the parties in relation to the purchase of products from our website; and each party acknowledges that no representations not expressly contained in these terms of sale have been made by or on behalf of the other party in relation to the purchase of products from our website. These terms of sale will be governed by and construed in accordance with Gibraltar law, and the courts of Gibraltar will have [non-]exclusive juridiction to adjudicate any dispute arising under or in relation to these terms of sale.
(14) Online Promotional Voucher terms & conditions
a) One promotional voucher per order.
b) The online promotional voucher may only be redeemed on our website www.rda.gi toward the purchase of products listed on the website. They cannot be redeemed at our stores.
c) Promotional vouchers cannot be used retrospectively i.e. applied to orders already placed with us.
d) Please refer to your promotional voucher for the expiry date and any additional offer restrictions.
e) This promotional voucher has no cash value and is not transferable.
f) Please note that voucher codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
All our items carry a 12 month warranty on spares and labour, only on electrical and mechanical parts, except what we consider “SMALL APPLIANCES” like irons, juicers, kettles, toasters, etc… which carry a 6 months warranty.
The warranty does not cover any problem caused by incorrect use or lack of maintenance by the customer. In the same way the warranty does not cover aesthetic damages such as corrosion, scratches, etc …
